Job summary

Marston's is seeking a Head Chef to lead and develop our kitchen team across one of our pubs. You will drive high standards in food quality, hygiene, and guest experience, while partnering with the pub management team to deliver memorable dining experiences.

The role requires proven Kitchen Manager/Head Chef experience or readiness to step up from a Sous/Second Chef, with strong leadership and communication skills to inspire your team and maintain consistency across service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Kitchen Manager/ Head Chef role or be ready to step up from a Sous/ Second Chef position.
• Strong communication with kitchen and pub team.
• Ability to maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.
