Job summary

The Club Company is seeking a skilled Head Chef to lead our culinary team across food production and banquet functions. You will ensure top-quality dishes, manage budgets, and maintain strict safety standards while contributing creatively to menus for regular service and events.

You will report to the Food & Beverage Manager and guide chefs and porters, hiring and training staff, planning for events, and ensuring stock rotation and waste minimisation.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management experience within a kitchen environment.
• Proven ability to drive food quality and kitchen operations.
• Experience delivering high service standards during events and banquets.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary team and oversee all food production and banquet functions.
• Manage food and labour budgets, ensure food safety and hygiene standards.
• Hire, train, schedule and evaluate kitchen staff; optimise stock and wastage.
