Ponto Lounge, part of Loungers, is hiring a full-time Head Chef to run the kitchen and lead a hands-on team. You’ll own the kitchen operations, ensuring high standards and a cohesive one-team culture with front-of-house, while growing with our casual dining brand across England and Wales.

You’ll be responsible for recruiting, coaching, menu execution, and delivering on key KPIs. The role offers a base salary with bonus, overtime, and progression opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to lead a kitchen and maintain high food standards.
• Experience building and coaching kitchen teams across roles.
• Strong understanding of GP, labour, stock and food safety KPIs.

Aufgaben

• Take full ownership of the kitchen at Ponto Lounge and lead each shift from open to close.
• Recruit, develop and coach kitchen staff with clear development plans.
• Know menu specs and processes inside out to ensure consistency.
• Own site-level action plans covering wait times, standards, ordering and stock.
• Deliver on KPIs: quality, wait times, wastage, safety and GP, reporting after shifts.
• Schedule fair rotas aligned with sales and bookings forecasts.
• Collaborate with FOH to foster a one-team culture.
