Panno Lounge in Bradford, part of Loungers, is hiring a hands-on Head Chef to lead the kitchen on our brand-new site, bringing real cooking, team development, and high standards to every service. You will recruit and coach your kitchen team, manage food costs and GP, and work with Front of House to build a true one-team culture, with clear progression within Loungers' growing group.

Competenze

• Experience as Head Chef, Kitchen Manager or Sous Chef for your next step.
• Hands-on leadership of a busy kitchen with high standards.

Mansioni

• Take ownership of the kitchen at Panno Lounge, leading every shift from open to close.
• Recruit, develop and coach your kitchen team with clear development plans.
• Know menu specs and kitchen processes inside out to ensure each dish leaves the pass perfectly.
• Own a site-level action plan with the GM covering food wait times, ordering, stock counts and cleaning.
• Deliver on KPIs such as food quality, wait times, wastage, and GP; report performance.
• Schedule fair rotas in line with sales and bookings forecast and ensure smooth operations.
• Work closely with front of house to build a one-team culture with cross-training.
