Job summary

Liberto Lounge, a Loungers venue, is seeking a hands-on Head Chef to lead the kitchen and own every shift. You’ll recruit, coach and manage a kitchen team, upholding high standards and delivering consistent quality across all dishes.

You’ll drive GP and food safety KPIs, with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction, while enjoying a 48-hour contract (40-hour option) and achievable bonus schemes. The role offers progression within a growing casual dining group.

• Natural people leader with ability to build motivated kitchen teams.
• Hands-on kitchen leadership and coaching across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the Liberto Lounge kitchen from open to close.
• Recruit, develop and coach your kitchen team with clear development plans.
• Maintain menu specs and kitchen processes, ensuring every dish leaves the pass correctly.
• Own site-level action plan with GM for food wait times, standards, ordering and stock.
