Job summary

Prezzo Italian is looking for a high-energy Head Chef to lead the kitchen, inspire your team and deliver the Italian dishes our guests know and love with pride.

You’ll manage day-to-day kitchen operations, develop a strong team, control stock and costs and work closely with the General Manager to ensure excellent guest experiences across the restaurant.

Contracted hours are 48 per week across 5 days, with great pay, tronc and the chance to grow within the Prezzo brand across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a busy kitchen.
• Understand stock, waste, labour and kitchen costs.
• Commitment to food quality, consistency, cleanliness and HACCP.
• Positive, hands-on leader who coaches a team.
• Pride in delivering great plates and guest experiences.
