Qualifications

• Experience as a Head Chef or strong Senior Sous Chef in a busy kitchen.
• Solid understanding of stock, waste, labour and kitchen costs.
• Commitment to food quality, cleanliness and HACCP standards.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in Italian cuisine.
