Job summary

Marston’s in Wales is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and set the standards across the pub. You will play a key part in the pub management team to create memorable guest experiences and help the team deliver top quality food.

You’ll develop and retain a motivated kitchen crew, with career opportunities across pubs, hotels and our training platform. Previous Head Chef experience or readiness to step up from Sous/Second Chef is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef or ready to step up from Sous/Second Chef.
• Ability to maintain food hygiene and safety standards.
• Strong leadership and communication to motivate a kitchen team.
• Passion for food and guest experience.
• Ability to work with pub management teams.

• Have a positive attitude and the ability to create a buzz in your kitchen.
