Loungers plc is hiring a full-time Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Orleto Lounge, a vibrant café bar. You will run a hands-on kitchen, recruit and develop your team, and ensure excellent standards with every dish.

There is a 48-hour contract (40-hour option) with overtime and a generous bonus scheme. As part of a growing hospitality brand across England and Wales, you will have real progression opportunities, staff meals, and an emphasis on doing the small things brilliantly to leave every

Qualifications

• Leads a kitchen team to deliver high standards.
• Knows menu specs and kitchen processes inside out.
• Understands food cost, waste, and GP KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the kitchen at Orleto Lounge and lead every shift.
• Recruit, develop and coach kitchen staff at all levels.
• Ensure dishes leave the pass to spec and maintain quality.
• Own site action plans with GM on stock, timing and cleaning.
• Deliver KPIs for quality, wait times, wastage and safety.
• Schedule fair rotas aligned with forecast and bookings.
