Job summary

Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a prestigious Wareham hotel and high-quality restaurant, supervising a brigade of 12 and delivering menus to 2-3 Rosette standards.

The role offers an up to £65,000 package including service charge, with opportunities to influence menus, develop the team, and work in an exceptional dining environment. Accommodation can be arranged if relocating.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef or senior Sous Chef.
• Experience working to 2-3 Rosette standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience across a varied hotel or restaurant food operation.
• Passion for exceptional food, quality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a brigade of 12.
• Oversee breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea and events.
• Maintain high food standards in line with 2-3 Rosette expectations.
• Drive quality, presentation and consistency across every service.
• Develop menus and contribute to the restaurant’s culinary offering.
