Job summary

Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a prestigious Wareham hotel and high-quality restaurant, supervising a brigade of 12 and delivering menus to 2-3 Rosette standards.

The role offers an up to £65,000 package including service charge, with opportunities to influence menus, develop the team, and work in an exceptional dining environment. Accommodation can be arranged if relocating.

Lead the kitchen of a prestigious hotel and high-quality restaurant, with a talented brigade of 12 and the opportunity to deliver food to a 2-3 Rosette standard.

We’re recruiting a Head Chef to take the lead at one of Wareham’s most distinctive hotel and dining destinations. Set within beautiful surroundings, the hotel is renowned for its exceptional food, with the restaurant offering a refined dining experience and a strong reputation for quality.

As Head Chef, you’ll lead a brigade of 12 and oversee a varied food operation spanning breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea and events. Key Responsibilities

As Head Chef, you’ll take overall responsibility for the kitchen, leading the brigade and maintaining the exceptional standards expected across the hotel’s food operation.
