Job summary

Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is seeking an experienced Executive Head Chef to lead the culinary team in a luxury Cotswolds setting. You will oversee operations in a 3 AA Rosette+ environment, driving innovation, quality and financial targets.

The role requires strong leadership, superb menu development, and a collaborative approach with hotel leadership. Relocation support, in-house dining and staff accommodation are on offer, with a competitive salary and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a 3 AA Rosette+ environment or comparable high-end operation.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety, kitchen compliance, and stock management.
• Experience across restaurant, events and banqueting operations.
• Ability to adapt to different service styles and sizes.
• Collaborative with broader hotel leadership and culinary innovation.

Responsibilities

• Leading a strong brigade to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
• Driving food development and ensuring menus reflect luxury standards and innovation.
• Overseeing GP, stock and payroll control to meet financial targets.
• Maintaining rigorous Health & Safety and compliance standards.
• Developing and mentoring a team, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Contributing ideas for future development, including the Orangery project.
