Marston's PLC is seeking a Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen across our pubs. You will drive standards, manage a motivated team, and ensure memorable guest experiences with a focus on food quality and hygiene.

Ideal candidates will have prior Head Chef or Kitchen Manager experience and be ready to step up from Sous/Second Chef. Flexible hours and career progression within our pub network are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Kitchen Manager/ Head Chef role or ready to step up from Sous/ Second Chef.

Responsibilities

• Lead a kitchen team to meet high standards and ensure food and hygiene compliance.
