The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in the branded restaurant industry and be a specialist in modern English and European cuisine. Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in the branded restaurant or pub industry.
• Experience in a high-volume gastro pub background preferred.
• Must be eligible to live and work in the UK without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a brigade of 8 chefs to achieve high standards.
• Manage back of house systems including ordering and stock control.
• Operate in a high-volume pub environment, serving 200–300 customers.
