Premier Selection Limited is seeking a Head Chef for a small coastal hotel. Lead the kitchen team, develop menus, and maintain high food standards while coordinating with service to increase evening covers from 25 to 30.

Live-in is available, with meals on duty and a share of tips. £42,000 base salary plus additional benefits, depending on experience.

Description du poste

Head Chef is required to develop the menus, and lead the team at this small coastal hotel.

The owners of the hotel would like to increase evening service from 25 to 30 covers per service.

The hotel operates a TDH Menu that evolves through the week meaning the chef can change menu

Items daily, allowing them to use the best of the fresh local seasonal ingredients available

They are not chasing accolades but the food standards are definitely 1-2 rosette level and this is the standard they would like to maintain and develop.

We are looking for a friendly, talented chef, somebody who enjoys cooking good food and can communicate well.

Live in is available, a 2 minute walk from the hotel or applicants will need to live in the Lyme Regis, Seaton, Colyton, Axminster, Bridport or Honiton area with their own transport

Base Salary from £42,000 (depending upon experience)
