Job summary

Hall & Woodhouse Ltd is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead a busy, high-volume kitchen at one of our premium pubs in the South of England. You will drive quality, consistency, and a strong kitchen culture, delivering exceptional fayre while maintaining food safety and allergen controls.

You will manage a diverse team, work closely with suppliers, and uphold sustainability values across all kitchen operations. A hands-on leader with passion and drive is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a busy kitchen and teams in a premium pub/restaurant environment.
• Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and allergen controls.
• Ability to manage kitchen administration, records, and brand spec compliance.
• Proven track record of maintaining quality and consistency under pressure.

Responsibilities
