Hall & Woodhouse, the Dorset-based brewer, is refurbishing The Griffin and re-opening in Spring 2027. We’re hiring a hands-on Head Chef to lead the kitchen, align with brand specs, and drive a high‑performing team at one of our well-loved pubs.
