TRGC is seeking a Head Chef to lead a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen across our diverse restaurant brands. You’ll drive culinary excellence, maintain brand standards, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied.

In this role you’ll manage food quality, kitchen operations, and labour efficiency, while upholding Health & Safety, Licensing laws, and a strong focus on Profit & Loss performance. A track record in hospitality leadership is essential.

• Solid understanding of food quality, cost control and brand standards.

What we’re looking for in our Head Chef …

• Experienced in the fast-paced world of high-volume restaurants.
• Familiarity with a variety of kitchen appliances, ensuring optimal utilisation and efficiency.
• In-depth knowledge of ingredients, food processes, and culinary techniques.
• Solid grasp of hospitality management.
• Pro at understanding Profit & Loss (P&L) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Understand the nitty-gritty of laws and regulations like Health and Safety and Licensing Laws.
• Excel in communication and leadership skills.
• Awesome at organising and multitasking.
• Plus, you're ready to share your last 5 years of life's journey, whether that's work, education, or personal experiences, and you're okay with a criminal record check.
