The Restaurant Group Ltd is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen teams across high-volume outlets in the UK. The role starts early, with shifts beginning around 3 AM, and offers dynamic, ever-changing work patterns within our diverse brand portfolio.

You will uphold brand standards, drive food quality, and work closely with our renowned food team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. We value leadership, collaboration, and a commitment to hospitality excellence.

What we’re looking for in our Head Chef…

• Experienced in the fast-paced world of high-volume restaurants.
• Familiarity with a variety of kitchen appliances, ensuring optimal utilisation and efficiency.
• In-depth knowledge of ingredients, food processes, and culinary techniques.
• Solid grasp of hospitality management.
• Pro at understanding Profit & Loss (P&L) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Understand the nitty-gritty of laws and regulations like Health and Safety and Licensing Laws.
• Excel in communication and leadership skills.
• Awesome at organising and multitasking.
• Plus, you're ready to share your last 5 years of life's journey, whether that's work, education, or personal experiences, and you're okay with a criminal record check.
