You will manage a team, control costs, drive revenue, and maintain high standards while crafting authentic Neapolitan pizzas and signature burgers.

We’re on the lookout for a motivated and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen at The All Inn.

From the Bar

We serve a standout selection of craft beers, wines, and cocktails—poured by knowledgeable, passionate staff for customers who appreciate quality and community.

From the Kitchen

Our kitchen is all about flavour and consistency. We serve:

• Authentic Neapolitan pizzas cooked at 450°C in our pizza oven
• Proper, juicy burgers
• Brunch favourites and crave-worthy sides

What You’ll Get

• £35,000 - £39,000 salary (plus tips)
• Service charge (100% goes to the team - typically £200-£250/month full-time)
