Job summary

The All Inn, part of Dodo Pub Co, is seeking a motivated Head Chef to lead the kitchen and drive quality across burgers, Neapolitan pizzas and brunch items.

You will own the pub operations, lead from the front, manage costs and develop a team, while delivering high standards in a friendly neighbourhood pub setting.

This role offers a competitive salary, a service charge that goes to the team, paid overtime and opportunities for learning and development.

Head Chef – The All Inn

We’re on the lookout for a motivated and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen at The All Inn.

From the Kitchen

Our kitchen is all about flavour and consistency. We serve:

• Authentic Neapolitan pizzas cooked at 450°C in our pizza oven
• Proper, juicy burgers
• Brunch favourites and crave-worthy sides

What We’re Looking For

As Head Chef, you’ll be the heartbeat of the kitchen. We’re looking for someone who:
