Dodo Pub Co. invites a motivated and passionate Chef to join our crew at The All Inn, known for Neapolitan pizzas, burgers and a welcoming vibe. You’ll help the kitchen team deliver consistently high standards and great food in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work alongside Head Chef and Sous Chefs, remain calm under pressure, and contribute to a lively, inclusive kitchen culture. We offer a competitive hourly rate, a generous service charge shared with the team, and opportunities to grow with

From the bar

We offer a wide selection of craft beers, wines, and cocktails - all served by knowledgeable and passionate staff to customers who care about quality and community.

From the kitchen

We serve authentic Neapolitan pizzas cooked at 450°C in our pizza oven, alongside tasty burgers, brunch, and sides that hit the spot.

Our chefs support the Head Chef and their Sous Chefs in the successful day-to-day operations of the kitchen. You will be a passionate team player with an ability to remain calm under pressure and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

What we offer in return:

• £12.21 - £12.71 per hour
• Service Charge (100% goes to the team - our data shows approx. £200-£250 per month (full time)
