Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Head Chef for the Swallows Return in Ferring. In this role, you will lead a dedicated kitchen team, ensuring that every dish meets the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include managing food ordering and maintaining stock control, as well as driving sales and enhancing guest satisfaction.

• Experience in a Head Chef role or similar kitchen management position.
