Prezzo Italian in Norwich is seeking a dynamic Head Chef to lead the kitchen and drive your team to deliver exceptional Italian dining with consistent quality.

You will manage stock, costs and mentoring the team, partnering with the General Manager to ensure every plate leaves the pass with pride and the signature Hospitality Magic. The role emphasizes energy, leadership and guest-focused service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership as Head Chef or Senior Sous in fast-paced kitchens.
• Expert knowledge of kitchen finances (P&L, stock, waste) and HACCP compliance.
• Energetic, proactive coach who develops people and fosters a positive, high-performing culture.
• Guest-focused with commitment to delivering memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, stock control and cost management.
