Qualifications

• Previous Head Chef or Senior Kitchen Manager experience required.

The Botanist is coming to Lichfield and we are hiring a Head Chef!

Looking for candidates to start early 2027.

At The Botanist Lichfield, you'll lead a talented kitchen team in delivering fresh, vibrant food that helps create memorable guest experiences every single day. You'll combine creativity, leadership and consistency to ensure every dish reflects the quality, care and hospitality we're known for.

This role is about more than running a kitchen. It's about creating an environment where people can do their best work, where standards are high, development is encouraged and the energy of the team can be felt in every service.
