Job summary

The Botanist Albert Dock in Liverpool is seeking a Sous Chef to join the kitchen leadership team. You will support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional dishes and maintaining a positive, high-performing kitchen culture.

You’ll lead by example, coach the team, ensure consistency and quality across services, and help manage stock, food cost and compliance, while fostering a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Combines strong culinary skills with leadership and teamwork.
• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie is desirable.
