The Botanist Bath is looking for a passionate Sous Chef to join our kitchen leadership team. You will support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional food and maintaining a high-performing kitchen culture.

Lead by example, coach the team and ensure services run smoothly with consistent quality. We value collaboration, development and a positive work environment for all staff at Bath.

Qualifications

• Strong culinary skills and leadership abilities.
• Experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie desirable.

The Botanist Bath are hiring a Sous Chef

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines strong culinary skills with a passion for leadership and teamwork.

Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie is desirable.
