Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers in the United Kingdom is seeking a Head Chef for the March Hare to lead a kitchen that delivers consistently high standards and inspires the team. You’ll be responsible for managing all areas of the kitchen and driving guest satisfaction.

You will work with a branded menu, ensure health and hygiene compliance, and have the opportunity to grow with paid qualifications and extensive staff discounts across the group.

As Head Chef at the March Hare you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more
