Job summary

Mermaid, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking a Head Chef to lead a kitchen in a pub environment. You’ll inspire your team and instill the passion that ensures all food leaving the kitchen is of the highest standard, while motivating guests to return for more.

As Head Chef you’ll train and lead your team, manage kitchen operations including ordering, prep and stock control, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.

Job description

As Head Chef at the Mermaid you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more
