Mitchells & Butlers plc's The Cuckoo is seeking a Head Chef to lead a kitchen that delivers the highest standards. You will inspire your team, manage food orders, and uphold health and safety across all operations to ensure guests leave impressed.

You will work with a branded menu, drive guest satisfaction, and contribute to sales growth. The role offers a salary up to £44,000 per annum plus bonus, with extensive employee benefits and career development opportunities.

As Head Chef at the Cuckoo you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You'll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard.
