MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC's Oatlands Chaser in Weybridge is seeking a Head Chef to lead a high-standard kitchen and inspire a dedicated team. You will manage all aspects of kitchen operations and align menu with brand standards for a guest-focused experience.

You'll drive food quality, oversee ordering, prep, stock control, and health and hygiene compliance, with a compensation package including a salary up to £42,000 per year, bonus, and live-in accommodation.

As Head Chef at the Oatlands Chaser you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You'll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you'll keep our guests coming back for more. This business is part of our Innkeepers Collection with a 20 room hotel attached, and therefore Management roles will support the hotel as part of the business.

  Salary Up to £42,000 per annum plus bonus, plus live in accommodation
