Job summary

Mitchells & Butler PLC, home to Vintage Inns, is seeking a Head Chef to lead a dedicated kitchen team and craft dishes to a high standard.

You will train and inspire staff, drive sales and guest satisfaction, manage food ordering and stock, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations within a branded menu.

Job description

As Head Chef at the Dormouse you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more
