Equans is recruiting a Head Caretaker to join our facilities team at Waverley School, Yardley Green Road, Birmingham B9 5QA. This permanent full-time role works 37.5 hours per week, with a salary in the range of £26,728.21 to £32,800 per annum and a comprehensive benefits package.
You will lead the caretaking team, manage day-to-day premises maintenance, ensure safety and security, and collaborate with school staff to keep the site well maintained and compliant.

Monday to Friday 8 Hour Shift between 6:00am - 19:00pm Rotating shift pattern. Occasional weekend work
The Head Caretaker is responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the school premises where there are multiple caretakers. They do hands-on caretaking work while leading and guiding the caretaking team to keep the school safe, secure, and well maintained.
