Equans is seeking a dedicated Caretaker to join our team at University of West London, St Mary's Rd, London. The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with a salary of £31,443 per annum and a comprehensive benefits package. Shifts run Monday to Friday with alternating weeks: Week 1 7am-4pm, Week 2 1pm-10pm.

To perform all the duties specific to the role as per below including Ad-hoc requests from the client both internal and external when required.
In this role, you will set up classrooms and exam rooms across all university sites according to user needs. You will help prepare for large events like Open Days, enrolment, and Graduation ceremonies by arranging furniture and equipment. You will also get student areas ready for practical activities and take care of the campus grounds by cleaning, jet washing, and cutting grass. Daily checks of classrooms to make sure everything is safe and working properly will be part of your duties. You will join site inspections before events, assist with moving internal departments, and collect mail from the depot to keep the university running smoothly.
