Equans is seeking a Caretaker to join our team at Wheelers Lane Primary School in Birmingham. This is a permanent full-time role, 37.5 hours per week, with a salary of £26,728.21 per annum and a benefits package.
The role covers caretaking and premises upkeep, building strong links with the school and local community, and delivering services to a high standard in line with the Project Agreement. The shift runs 6am–6pm on a rotating pattern.

8 hour shift within the hours of 6am until 6pm rotating shift pattern
Responsible for the delivery of caretaking/premises upkeep within the Schools, together with establishing a close working relationship with the school and community groups. Ensure that all services are provided to a consistently high standard in accordance with the requirements of the Project Agreement.
