Head Bartender job opening at Holmes Hotel London

At the friendly face of the 118-bedroom Holmes Hotel, beautifully crafted drinks are as important to the hotel experience as a great night’s sleep in a stylish location. Your skills in creating and presenting these drinks as a Head Bartender for our Sherlock Bar are vital.

As our Head Bartender, you will receive:

• Responds quickly to take orders and meticulously prepares drinks
• Ensures our bar runs a smooth service that encourages guests to return
• Is an excellent leader and inspires the team
• Can provide training to team members
• Has a strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits
• Is passionate about exceeding guests’ expectations
• Has previous experience as a Senior Bartender, Head Bartender, Bar Supervisor/Team Leader
