The Hippodrome Casino is seeking a highly skilled Head Bartender to join The Bars team serving God’s Rooftop, the gaming departments and Paddy’s Sportsbook. You will maximise profitability while upholding top service standards.

You will lead a busy bar operation, coach the team, ensure drink quality and manage stock, cash handling and POS procedures. This role requires flexibility for late nights and weekends in a vibrant hospitality setting.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in a Senior Bartender/Head Bartender role in a premium venue.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Deep knowledge of cocktails, spirits and bar operations.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Flexibility to work late nights and weekends.
