Novotel & ibis Balikpapan is seeking a Senior Bar professional to lead the team, craft standout cocktails, and ensure excellent guest experiences. You will drive service excellence across all-day operations, mentor staff, and contribute to menu development while maintaining a fun, high-energy bar environment.

Ideal candidates bring senior bar leadership experience, a passion for drinks and hospitality, and a confident, guest-centric presence behind the bar.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a bar team (senior level).
• Passion for cocktails, coffee, tea, spirits, beer and wine.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails and modern techniques.

Qualifications

What we're looking for...

• Previous Senior bar experience (team leader, supervisor, head bartender)
• A love for all things drink - cocktails, coffee, tea, spirits, beer and wine - and a thirst for sharing this love & learning more
• Knowledge of classic cocktails & modern techniques is a must
• A natural people person – you’re confident behind the bar and brilliant with guests
