The Hippodrome Casino, Ltd. is seeking a Head Bartender to lead our Bars team across God’s Rooftop, the gaming departments and Paddy’s Sportsbook. You will maximise profitability while upholding the highest standards of service.

Responsibilities include directing shift operations, coaching the bar team, managing staffing, ensuring quality cocktails, and maintaining cash and stock controls. The role requires late nights and weekends availability in a premium venue environment.

• Proven experience as a Senior Bartender / Head Bartender in a premium venue.

We’re looking for a talented Head Bartender to join our Bars team which serves the God’s Rooftop, the gaming departments and the brand-new Paddy’s Sportsbook.
