74 Duke, a vibrant bar and dining concept, seeks a skilled bartender to craft exceptional cocktails and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will maintain a fully stocked, clean bar, engage guests with recommendations, and collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service across peak periods.

The ideal candidate brings a passion for mixology, a deep knowledge of cocktails, wine, and spirits, and a proven ability to perform confidently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume, quality-focused venue.
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wine, and spirits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests confidently.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong team player, working collaboratively with front-of-house and kitchen teams.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak service periods.
