Job summary

Workday UK is seeking outstanding Pre-Sales Solution Consultants to showcase our HCM suite to UK customers. This role sits in the Industry team focusing on Retail, Hospitality and Transportation, leveraging your HCM expertise to drive value during the sales process.

You will work with Account Executives to explore customer environments, deliver impactful presentations, and demonstrate how Workday’s Enterprise applications address requirements and business concerns.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in a Pre-Sales / Sales Consulting / HR role.
• Expertise knowledge of administrative HR systems.
• Understanding of Cloud-based HCM SaaS solutions.
• Experience presenting admin computing solutions to technical and business audiences.
• Strong functional experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops and seminars.
• Assist in closing sales opportunities by addressing questions on our solution, services and training.
• Support qualification of prospects, demonstration criteria, POC systems, and closure plans.
• Support sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives.
• Assist sales in responding to RFIs/RFPs.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders.
