A leading technology recruitment firm in the UK is seeking an Oracle HCM Functional Lead for a contract role until March 2026. This position requires strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM and experience in full lifecycle implementations. The role offers a daily rate of £550 - 648 and hybrid working in Reading.

Qualifications

• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM covering Core HR, Payroll, Absence Mgmt, Time & Labour.
• Experience of moving from eBusiness Suite to Oracle Cloud.
• Full lifecycle experience of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud from design to deployment.
• Manage data migration from EBS and other systems to HCM Cloud.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure project success.

• A background in working in projects, preferably with larger companies (e.g. FTSE 100)
• Exposure to infrastructure and multi-platform environments; preferably within the energy or utility sector.
• Strong Stakeholder management.
