Sainsbury's Haydock Warehouse is seeking a Nightshift Team Manager to lead the Haydock Depot operations in St Helens. The role offers permanent employment with a night shift from 22:00 to 06:00 and a salary of £36,750 per year.

The Team Manager will oversee daily activities, drive performance, manage stakeholder relationships with stores, and implement continuous improvements within a data-driven, collaborative Supply Chain environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the warehouse teams' daily activities, including resource allocation, capability, and deployment.
• Deliver consistent business performance and standards across the end-to-end warehouse operation.
• Manage and maintain external relationships with various stakeholders, including stores.
• Identify efficiencies and continuous improvement opportunities to enhance operations.
• Monitor and implement compliance and support the People Plan using an HR business model.

What You\’ll be doing:

• Manage the warehouse teams\' daily activities, including resource allocation, capability, and deployment.
• Deliver consistent business performance and standardsacross the end-to-end warehouse operation.
