Sainsbury's is seeking a Nightshift Team Manager for the Argos Warehouse (LFC) in Croydon. You will lead a dynamic team, drive engagement, and role‑model Sainsbury's values while prioritising exceptional customer service overnight.

The role requires experience leading large teams in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on multi-drop and final mile delivery operations and maintaining health and safety standards through coaching and performance conversations.
