Job summary

Sainsbury's is seeking a proactive Team Manager to lead warehouse operations in our supply chain. You’ll oversee daily team activities, ensure safety, achieve performance standards, and collaborate with stores and other partners.

You will drive continuous improvement, apply HR processes, and foster a collaborative, data-driven culture focused on availability and efficiency. If you enjoy shaping a large team, resolving issues quickly, and delivering excellent service, this role offers development

What You’ll be doing:

• Manage the warehouse teams' daily activities, including resource allocation, capability, and deployment.
