Job summary

Bidfood UK is seeking a Warehouse Team Manager to lead our night shift operation, ensuring safe, efficient performance and high service standards for customers. You'll coach and develop colleagues, drive continuous improvement, manage workloads, health and safety, recruitment, and communications with the wider Warehouse and Transport teams.

This role requires experience in warehouse leadership, strong communication, and a proactive approach to problem solving, with a focus on safety and team

  • Experience leading teams within a warehouse, logistics or operational environment.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience working with performance measures and operational KPIs.

  • Investigating operational issues and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Working closely with Warehouse, Transport and Operational teams to deliver excellent service.
  • Managing resources, equipment and warehouse assets effectively.

We're looking for a Warehouse Team Manager to lead our night shift operation, helping our team work safely, efficiently and deliver the high standards our customers rely on.

Lead the team behind the service

You'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring productivity, safety and service standards are achieved.
