Job summary

CBRE Local UK in Hatfield is seeking a Site Supervisor to coordinate FM & Technical Services and meet SLA and KPI targets. The role involves supporting 3rd party maintenance, ensuring QHSE compliance, and acting as Fire Marshall when needed.

You will manage site image, supplier coordination, and administrative duties while ensuring safe, efficient operations and responsive customer service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and awareness of the facilities management industry.
• Experience delivering integrated services with supply partners.
• Strong PC skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Well organised with good prioritisation and planning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver FM operations in line with KPI & output measurements.
• Support and monitor 3rd party maintenance supplier activities.
• Comply with QHSE requirements as outlined within the SLA.
• Act as Fire Marshall and emergency control as required.
• Raise Purchase Orders and approve invoices and supplier documentation.
• Deputise in the absence of line management.
• Coordinate site waste and recycling arrangements.
• Ensure printers and stationery are stocked.
• Provide and arrange cover for the operational team as defined by line management.
• Carry out other activities and responsibilities as defined.
