You will ensure efficient operation of critical and non-critical services and related functions across the contract. The role requires leadership of the engineering team, managing PPM and reactive works, and coordinating contractors while ensuring health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Recognised Level 3 apprenticeship in Electrical/Mechanical engineering.
• Proven experience in business-critical engineering systems.
• Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, team-oriented with ability to work independently.
• Flexible to change patterns to meet client requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and ensure contractual commitments are met and exceeded.
• Ensure opportunities for strategic development of the contract are exploited.
• Ensure safe working conditions and that health and safety processes are followed.
• Staff contracts with competent teams and ensure proper staffing.
• Develop contract financial plans for revenue, cost reduction and growth.
• Maintain customer focus and strong client relationships.
• Oversee daily management of electrical and mechanical plant services, PPMs and reactive works.
• Direct and supervise contractors and subcontractors ensuring compliance with working practices.
