Job summary

Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter is seeking Interactors to guide, entertain and enlighten visitors on their magical journey. You’ll work as an ambassador, sharing passion for filmmaking and authentic HP props, sets and costumes.

Role involves scripted speeches, show elements, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Contract patterns include weekend work; on-site operation with comprehensive staff facilities and training provided.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the Harry Potter film series and filmmaking.
• Previous work experience in a customer/visitor facing role, where a strong emphasis was placed on quality of service and/or experience.
• Presentation skills – enthusiasm and ability to speak in public to groups of up to 300 on a microphone.
• Demonstrable ability to learn new skills and adapt to new situations within a visitor focused environment.
• Able to contribute positively and enjoy working effectively as part of a large and varied team.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage and assist with the varied needs of our Visitors by delivering a world class Visitor experience.
• Present a friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable interface between the Tour itself and all visitors to the Tour, working as an ambassador for both.
• Actively listen and lead with empathy, integrity, and transparency.
• Proactively seek ways to support your team to work towards the collective goal of exceeding Visitors’ expectations.
