Job summary

Harry Potter Shop King’s Cross in London is seeking a friendly Retail Assistant to join the team on a full-time basis. You will greet customers, operate tills, replenish stock, and deliver a magical shopping experience at the station concourse.

You will build product knowledge, engage fans with enthusiasm, and use storytelling to connect products to the Wizarding World while supporting store targets, including weekend and Bank Holiday shifts.

Situated at Platform 9¾, King’s Cross Station, our team delivers extraordinary customer service and self-developed product as unique as our location. Skills & Knowledge Required

• Previous retail experience or experience working with the public (if a school leaver, work experience is desirable).

• Ability to use own initiative.
• Enthusiasm and passion for, as well as excellent knowledge of, the Harry Potter brand.

Terms & Conditions

Contracted 40 hours per week. You will be required to work weekends and Bank Holidays as part of this working pattern. Weekend work includes both Saturday and Sunday. Your normal hours of work are between 7am and 10:30pm.

This role includes working on tills, interacting with customers, replenishing our shelves, and working at the photo opportunity on the station concourse. Retail Assistants will need to work across all these functions at different times.
